Pī ākau Honeydew Beech honey is very versatile and is a good honey to use in teas, stir-fries, smoothies and other recipes. It can also be used in a similar way to maple syrup as a topping on pancakes.

This beautiful Beech honey contains lots of good enzymes and prebiotics making it a great supplement for digestive health.

Our bees gather droplets of honeydew from Beech trees to produce this honey, and if you’ve been tramping in the west coast you may have already sampled the dew straight from the trees.

This honey has been harvested from our hives in the Reefton District, West Coast.
