Metalbird

At Metalbird, art and nature come together through iconic metal silhouettes designed to celebrate New Zealand’s unique birdlife and the beauty of the outdoors. Proudly made in New Zealand, Metalbird creates striking steel artworks that transform fences, rooftops, gardens, and outdoor spaces into meaningful pieces of visual storytelling.

Each design is inspired by native birds and crafted to weather beautifully over time, developing a natural rusted patina that blends seamlessly into the landscape. Simple to install yet instantly eye-catching, Metalbird pieces are designed to create moments of surprise, connection, and conversation.

More than outdoor art, Metalbird is about bringing nature closer to home, celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and the character of New Zealand’s wildlife in a bold and timeless way.
